The project is being jointly funded by the Asian Development Bank, the Government of Bangladesh and the Swiss Agency for Development and Co-operation (SDC). The PKSF selects trainees from their organized group members through partner organizations (POs) under their Inclusive Funding and Development Program. The selection of trainees is finalized after conducting screening examinations and viva voice through PO and related training institutes.
