Nittal Niloy Group established in January 1970 as Nittal Motors Limited, a vehicle importer.
Nittal Motors Limited became the distributor of Tata Motors in Bangladesh in 1986. In 1991, Nittel started assembling trucks and buses for Tata in Bangladesh. Niloy Cement Clinkerization started operations in September 2006. It was the first cement clinkerization plant in Bangladesh. In 2010, the group had an annual turnover of Rs 5 billion.
