The bank maintains reserves every year to strengthen its financial position and pay off its liabilities. The reserve amount is Tk 59.20 crore. As on 30.11.2020, the manpower of the bank is 1563 persons. The main driving force of any organization is its skilled manpower. Karmasangsthan Bank has a training institute to bring in manpower skills. The training institute has provided online training to bank officials on various topics for the financial year 2020-2021.
