Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission Job Circular 2023, Judicial Service Commission In order to implement the directions given by the Appellate Division in the judgment of Civil Appeal No. 69 of 1999, the Government constituted the Judicial Service Commission under the Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission Rules. Prior to the formation of this commission, people from the judiciary were appointed on the basis of the recommendations of the Public Service Commission.

The Commission consists of the Registrar of the Supreme Court and the Dhaka District Judge. The responsibility of this commission to recommend the names of eligible candidates for the primary post of Judiciary (Assistant Judge / Judicial Magistrate). The Commission for this purpose recommends the selection of qualified candidates for the post by selecting the candidates through examination.
